Thoughts go silent, time stops and everything clicks. It might be easy, it might be hard, it might be painful. Regardless, the joy, energy and presence is intense.

Its called flow or being in the zone. Hopefully you have experienced it often, in training, races and everyday life. Find flow and your strength training, technique sessions, intervals and long endurance hours get more effective. Flow trigger the joy of doing and being in the moment, improved results comes as a bonus.

Today, we are very focused on equipment for training and how to measure and analyze workouts. We can measure everything from watts to cadence to heartbeats to distance. Measuring can be helpful and spur if used right. But if we overemphasize the numbers and the statistics we can lose the, in my opinion, more important aspects of the training. Flow, focus and presence in the moment. Presence and complete focus on what we do and where we are right now is crucial for both joy and efficiency in all training. This website is an experiment in how we can improve and develop our flow and presence in training as well as in the rest of our day.
